Come out and walk a trail – scout for buffelgrass and pick up a few pieces of trash along the way! It’s a fun way to get some exercise and engage in a community service at the same time! Meet at the Pool Parking Lot at 8:30 am.
Bring: Closed toed shoes and long pants. Water and sunscreen. Long sleeved shirts and hats are helpful. Bags (for trash and small plants) and trail maps will be supplied by the Foundation. Some like to bring a SMALL pick to dig up a stray plant or two along the way. This is NOT required to participate.
Contact: Lia Lavallee – 820-5302 (text or call). Email: lia.lavallee@gmail.com. As always, an RSVP helps planning.
With you in preserving the quality of our open spaces.
