Sycamore Canyon Events Committee Looking for New Members

Events in Sycamore Canyon have become very popular with neighborhood and area residents, and the Events Committee is proud of the activities and events that are helping to create a community feel in our neighborhood. In an effort to continue to provide high-quality neighborhood events and activities, the Sycamore Canyon Events Committee is looking for new members of two types: 1. Planners - these committee members will help plan events like the Easter Egg Hunt, Fall Festival, Holiday Hayrides, pool parties, day trips, etc. The committee meets in person approximately once a month with most other communication done via email and phone. These members would be expected to attend most neighborhood events. 2. At-Event volunteers - these committee members would be willing to help with tasks at the actual events like registration, setting out Easter Eggs, stuffing Easter Eggs, assisting with set-up and break-down of events, etc. These members would be expected to attend the events they volunteer for. No prior experience is necessary! We want people with a desire to continue to improve on what has been achieved so far. If you are interested in joining the Sycamore Canyon Events Committee, please email events@sycamorecanyontucson.com. Planning for the Fall Festival will begin soon. Don't miss out!
